Reiki Healing
Reiki is an Ancient Japanese, energy healing technique that works holistically; for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on the whole body, mind and spirit.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
Reiki enhances the body’s own ability to heal itself on all levels and helps restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. The energy involved in reiki healing is the universal energy that surrounds all life. It is called universal life energy because it draws upon the healing energy of the universe, rather than the energy of the practitioner. The energy is not directed by the conscious mind of the practitioner, but by the subconscious desires of the client.
We all have an energy field (aura) surrounding our physical body and as we go throughout life we place demands on this energy field. During a reiki treatment this energy field is re-energized. Reiki restores the natural balance of the body, providing deep relaxation, and bringing a sense of peace and wellbeing.
Reiki is used throughout the world by people of all creeds and belief systems. Reiki can benefit everyone and has a positive effect on all forms of illness and negative conditions. Reiki is a naturally soothing, non-invasive healing technique that uses energy to heal areas of injury, stress, and pain. It has steadily increased in popularity and is becoming recognized as one of the most effective alternative forms of therapy for both mental and physical ailments.

In abundance designing, you will have an opportunity to learn about the laws of attracting abundance into your life. You will practice your intention through various exercises to get you clear on exactly what you want to create and how you want to create it. You will receive support, clarity and action to bring more success into your life, create a personal development plan, and get unstuck from old patterns and limitations. You will learn to live a balanced and abundant life.
Spiritual
In wellbeing designing, we practice to recognize and understand what stress is, and how it impacts our day-Âto-Âday health and productivity. You will learn how to prevent stress from becoming ill-Âhealth. You will identify personal actions to improve your wellbeing through health, food, excerise, and meditation. You will get a clear understanding of how food affects the mind body and spirit and how to detox the body from what is no longer serving you. You will see the degree to which your current thinking and behavior is, or is not, consistent with your highest aspirations and your vision for life.
In Spiritual Designing, we coach for Awareness, Enlightenment, Meditation, and Raising Your Vibration, to discover your life purpose and your higher purpose. Through various exercises, we help individuals stay present, managing the Ego and have a spiritual Awakening. You will learn the laws of the universe and how they affect you. Through various excercises, you will learn what is serving you for your highest good and learn to let go of what is not.

Divine Feminine
In Divine Feminine designing, we practice feminine beauty, grace, radiance, and wholeness of the mind, body and soul. You will learn how to transform and transition back into the power of a woman. You learn how to manage your body and soul from a divine expresssion of love. You will learn the wisdom, beauty, sacredness, vulnerabilty within, and nurture the woman you have always been.
